It’s common knowledge that smoking is bad for your health, yet millions of people are addicted to the dangerous habit. Many people try their best to get their loved ones who are addicted to smoking to break the habit, but we’re sure none of them have tried this lady’s approach!

You may have seen photos of a unique-looking birthday cake circulating all over Facebook over the weekend. The photos in question show a custom-made birthday cake a wife had specially made for her beloved husband.

To mark his birthday in a special way, she decided to deliver an important message to her husband, who is a smoker.

The birthday cake was in the shape of a cigarette pack complete with the usual warning label, along with a message that reads, “smoking is deadly, please value the life you have, abang” written on a miniature grave next to the pack of cigarettes!

What made the post even funnier was that she made her husband pose for pictures with the cake. His expressions are priceless!

Of course, Malaysian netizens couldn’t help but find this set of photos sweet and hilarious, since the post became incredibly viral with over 10,000 shares and 8,600 reactions on Facebook. Some remarked how hilarious the whole situation looked.

“Hahaha! His smile is totally not genuine!” commented one netizen.

Others even gave a few pointers on how to improve the cake!

“It would be better if the grave was bigger than the cigarette packet, and you should have written your husband’s name on it. Confirm he’ll completely stop smoking by tomorrow!” said one netizen.

“She should have put her own grave on the cake instead because it’s usually secondhand smokers that bear the negative consequences,” commented another netizen.

Although it is hilarious, we hope this lady’s husband understood her intentions. Smoking is indeed a bad habit that can bring terrible consequences to your health as well as to the people around you. Let’s hope he decided to quit after seeing the cake!
