A recent video shared by TikTok user @www.molang.gg (let’s call her Cecelia) shows an online class getting disrupted by a student who kept calling out to the teacher and not responding when the teacher acknowledged him.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Cecelia shared that Perkasa SPM is a project run by a team of expert educators who work hard to help students in Malaysia get ready for their SPM exams.

“Who’s your servant?”

On January 2 (Thursday), a live session was hosted by Perkasa SPM between Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the SPM Bahasa Melayu (BM) exam as a last-minute preparation to help students maximise their performance in Paper 2.

Cecelia explained that the session started smoothly, but unfortunately, it got interrupted by someone named “Vir.”

During the learning session, Vir can be heard calling out to the teacher, and when the teacher responds, the student rudely asks,

“Who is your servant?”

Vir started insulting the teacher and another student

Cecelia explained how Vir started asking irrelevant questions, which escalated when another student asked the teacher to remove him (Vir) from the session. Instead of addressing the request, Vir began insulting the student.

In response, he started using offensive language toward the other student.

“The teacher seemed helpless and lacked the digital skills to manage the situation, unsure of how to handle it. But things calmed down when Vir left, and the class continued for about 4 minutes without any more issues,” Cecelia explained.

Vir rejoined the session

However, the disruption got worse when Vir rejoined the session. This time, he started insulting the teacher, calling him derogatory names like “dog” and making racist comments about his skin colour.

“It’s sad to see an educator treated with such disrespect”

Despite the humiliation and insults, the teacher stayed calm and held no grudges against Vir.

While other students vented their frustration in the chatbox and even wished bad things on Vir, the teacher handled it with grace.

He reassured everyone that there was no need to wish harm on anyone, reminding them that justice would take care of things. His ability to rise above it all and stay compassionate shows what being a true educator is all about.

“I was honestly shocked to see that kind of behaviour from a student. It’s really sad to see an educator, someone who gives so much of their time and energy to teach, treated with such disrespect,” Cecelia said.
