Ever wondered what are the jobscopes of a female entertainer? While many think it’s all about sex, it’s actually not (because there are various things of what the customer can and can not do to the woman based on her category).

Well, a Thai entertainer is basically like a hostess. Hostesses are women that are being paid by people to have conversations with them and in some cases, sex. So, depending on how much you’re willing to spend, the services differ and generally, there are 5 types of service offered.

According to our Thai friend who used to be in the industry, she shares that there are generally 5 types:

1. N

This is the most basic service. For this, the women will talk with the clients and please them by accompanying them to lunch, dinner or party with them. All in effort to make the client feel happy and put them at a good mood. The time limit is about 3-4 hours.

Charges: From 2,500 to 5,000 THB (approx. RM295-RM590)

2. N-UP

This package is an “upgrade” from N where the services are pretty much the same but the women are allowed to do drugs. Drugs usually come in to elevate the mood of the clients and the women while they party.

Charges: From 3,000 to 10,000 THB (approx. RM410-RM1,370)

3. N-R

For N-R, besides the usual having conversations and accompaniment, clients can actually touch and grope the women but no sex is allowed.

Charges: From 5,000 to 10,000 THB (approx. RM685-RM1,370)

4. N-Bikini

This goes without saying that this is where women will be dressed only in bikinis but there’ll be no sex or drugs involved. It will be about the same as N but in bikinis.

As N-Bikinis usually involve higher profile entertainers (means they are much better looking than your average entertainers), they are pricier as well.

Charges: From 5,000 to 10,000 THB (approx. RM685-RM1,370)

5. NV

NV is the biggest package available where the women are encouraged to please their clients in every way (including sex). The price for this one really ranges depending on the woman’s looks and social status. It’s so lucrative that sometimes Thai celebrities will take up this job as well.

Charges: From 7,000 to 100,000 THB (approx. RM960-RM13,700)
