Education everywhere, especially Malaysia, has been thrown into disarray by the recent upsurge in Covid-19 cases, forcing educators to teach their students from home, sometimes to hilarious outcomes.

It was just that when a very talkative chicken disrupted her online class despite a perfect start for one teacher.

In a video uploaded by Mohd Fadli Salleh, one teacher flipped when her chicken began making weird noises throughout her introduction.

Ending her video by shrieking, “Nate Aye (that damn chicken)!”, Fadli Salleh writes that this is just one of the many challenges teachers face during online classes.

“Good morning, everyone. How are you? I hope that all of you are well.”

At this very moment, her chicken went above and beyond clucking and shrieking that the teacher could not stand the sound it was making, resulting in major code-switching from formal Bahasa Malaysia to her Kelantanese dialect.

Bad chicken!

Garnering more than 4.3k likes on Facebook, many agreed that the chicken wants to be a part of the class too.

Not stating where the incident took place or the teacher’s name involved, we’re pretty sure that the chicken will no longer be a disruptive force in the teaching and learning process of her online classroom.

Keep up the good work!
