Convocation committees go above and beyond to create fun moments on and off stage, celebrating graduates at the end of their learning journey.

Taking to TikTok, this committee member has the most important job we’ve seen so far: announcing the graduate’s name LIVE! Watch this video to see how hard her job can be, especially if you have a long name.

In her TikTok video, the announcer reads off cue cards to ensure that the names don’t get jumbled.

The lady began with music playing in the background, “Announcing the recipient of the Vice Chancellor’s Award, Aida Nabilah Zaiful Hisham..Alliesya Masturina Mas Nasrullah..Alya Batrisyia Che Juhan..Alya Irdina Abdul Malek..”

But the next one is by far the longest she’s ever had to announce.

“(Long pause)…Recepient of the Vice Chancellor’s Award Aminasufi Aininnaim Manisalamuhibahati Aminjaya..”

This affected her, seeing just how long that name was, but the crowd appreciated how well she did without as much as a pause.

Our only hope is that she will be paid well for her work!
