Dozing off while driving is risky enough, but even if the car’s stopped, it’s still dangerous for both the driver and everyone else on the road.

A recent video shared by @update11111 has got netizens fired up, showing a driver casually snoozing in the car right in the middle of a road in Jalan Klang Lama or Old Klang Road.

A road user made attempts to wake the driver up

In the video, another road user (let’s call him Tim) decided to take matters into his own hands by knocking on the car window, trying to wake the driver up since the driver’s car had just stopped in the middle lane, blocking traffic.

The caption of the post reads,

“A driver was spotted falling asleep in the car. Guess the driver was just too tired.”

As Tim continued his efforts to wake the sleepy driver, he took a moment to pan his camera around, to show the hectic scene of the busy road.

After several attempts, Tim was finally able to wake the driver, who responded with hand gestures to acknowledge him.
