After two years, loved ones are taking the opportunity to return home to Malaysia following the reopening of the country’s borders.
Among those returning home is Paandi Chelsea who shared his experience returning home to his beloved dogs, Simba and Nala, who greet him like other dogs do – with gusto!
Here is a video of their heartfelt reunification.
Greeting him at the gate, both dogs jumped on and pushed him to the floor as he entered his home compound.
Writing, “Finally after 486 days… I meet my babies Simba and Nala.”
Garnering more than 115k likes, netizens shared their love for Paandi and his dogs in the comments section.
One netizen wondered if her cats would feel the same way if she were to leave them for a certain period of time.
“This made me think, if I did not return home for some time would they act like this or will they like the fact that I am gone?”
Another shared how this video made her tear up.
We can only imagine how more Malaysians coming home may have felt returning home after such a long time away.
Welcome home Malaysians!
