After Pakatan Harapan’s win, the whole nation is in talks about the new government and Prime Minister Designate Dr. Mahathir.

Just today, an old video of Dr. M resurfaced on social media. It has since gone viral with over 300k views after being shared on Facebook page Siakap Keli.

The video claims to be an extract of his speech from 20 years ago. What’s mind-blowing is the points he delivered all came true!

Here’s a summary of what his speech entailed:

  1. In the year 2020, there is a possibility that UMNO will not be in power anymore because the people are tired of the money politics practiced by the party
  2. members of the party (UMNO) will no longer fight for the good of the nation but for their own position in politics instead
  3. Voters will be tired of UMNO and reject their rule
  4. Long before 2020, we will see the quality of UMNO go downhill along with the number of their supporters
  5. With the fall of UMNO, comes the fall of Barisan Nasional
  6. The support of the rakyat will not be for the parties that are around now, but instead for a different opposition altogether

Mindblowing, kan! Who knew he saw all this coming?
