A video of a huge lorry going against traffic made its way to social media, prompting the police to take action against the driver!

The incident took place at Tanjung Dua Belas along the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and it featured a Class 3 Lorry going against traffic.

According to The Star, the Selangor Traffic Investigations and Enforcement Department Chief Supt Azman Shari’at said that they learnt of the incident from a police report along with a viral video on Facebook.

The report was made by a driver who managed to avoid the lorry at Tanjung Dua Belas along SKVE.

“The police also received information from social media where a one-minute, 11-second video was uploaded showing the lorry along the same highway being driven against the flow of traffic.”

“Following information gathered, a police team was dispatched and the driver was arrested at the Tanjung Dua Belas rest stop.”

Azman added that the 59-year-old driver has been remanded and the driver’s blood and urine are being tested.

Netizens condemned the driver for endangering the lives of others and called for action to be taken against the driver.
