People are known to spend lavishly on weddings, and Malaysians are no exception. Besides, spending a lot of money, one way to go about it is to get as creative as you can, and better yet, it’s much more memorable that way! Couples would go to extreme lengths to have the most unique wedding. So unique, to the extent that you’re wondering what on earth were they thinking.

1. Power rangers themed wedding
A beautiful couple from Rawang, Selangor apparently got a lovely surprise when all their close friends decided to dress up as the couple’s favourite show during their wedding. Aww!
Must be nice to be guarded by an epic entourage on their special day.
2. A Car Showroom themed wedding
Completely decked out with cars, car rims, tyres and race car seats, this car themed wedding is definitely not something you see everyday.
The couple likely shared an intense love for cars, so much that they want to get married surrounded with the car parts they loved.
3. The High School sweethearts themed wedding

The bride and groom actually dated since their early school years, and have been together ever since. So the wedding was a great throwback to how their relationship started. Sweet ain’t it???
The couple also mentioned that the unique wedding concept was a great way to save up on cost. Smart thinking!
4. A Star Wars themed wedding

A long time ago (well, in the 21st Century) in a Galaxy far, far away (actually it was in Shah Alam), A couple bonded over their mutual fanatical love for Star Wars, so they decided their special day had to involve that epic movie franchise.
You know the wedding is gonna be epic when Darth Vader greets you upon entering.
