Photos of the renovated and refurbished home, named IKON 113, quickly became viral among local Facebook users, garnering over 3,800 shares. Check out the house’s chic look below.
Project IKON’s exterior is certainly different from the usual home layout, with its car porch located behind the house, while the lush green garden takes up the front entrance. Meanwhile, an observatory is located at the very front, on the house’s newly added first floor.
The house’s simple and sleek exterior is definitely a refreshing sight, but we’re just as in love with its interior! The designers definitely wanted to utilise as much natural light as possible, with skylights and huge windows taking up most of the space. Energy-saving and cute to boot! Each bathroom also has its own colour scheme, and they have a lot of character despite their minimalistic designs! On top of that, this space is even available on Airbnb, so if you’re in the mood for a staycation this Merdeka weekend or any other time in the near future, be sure to check it out! This house has definitely become our home decor inspo, to say the least! (PS: This post is not sponsored. We just think this is a unique home with a super cool concept!)
