The Chief Minister of Terengganu, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar said that this cultural village has a variety of attractions that brings various arts, heritage and cultures of Terengganu’s eight different districts altogether, according to Sinar Harian.

Not only are the historic backdrop of real-life Malays in the past available, but visitors can also take a close look at the demonstration of traditional activities by the locals.

A lot of traditional games and tools are also there for visitors to have fun. Despite the exhibition of all the ancient items and houses, you can even make Laksa Terengganu and play Sepak Bulu Ayam! A visit to this museum is no doubt a great family date for family bonding.

“Terengganu is rich in various cultural heritage and cultural treasures and they are all well preserved,” Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar added. With the state government’s effort, this cultural village is expected to be a “one-stop centre”, enabling visitors to delve into the history of the community’s heritage in the past.

Starting 6 September, Malaysian visitors will be charged only RM15(adults) and RM10(kids) for the entry fees. For non-Malaysians on the other hand, the fee will be RM30(adults) and RM20(kids) respectively. The elderly and disabled are charged RM10 only for entry fees.
