Buses are a reliable means of transportation to your destination. An effective bus operation schedule that factors in actual arrival and departure times is crucial for bus companies. But what if you arrive at the station before the scheduled time?
In a recent viral tweet on X by @MALAYSIAVIRALLL, a video was posted showing a bus driver recording a lady seemingly upset about not being allowed to board when the bus stopped.
The bus driver calmly explained to the lady that the bus followed a fixed schedule, and boarding before the designated time wasn’t allowed.
However, the lady remained dissatisfied with the situation. She then asked the bus driver for the customer service number to file a complaint.
“This isn’t my first time taking the bus. I’ve never experienced a bus stopping like that for no reason before.”
Naturally, netizens began filling up the comment section.
“There’s a time and place to be angry. I have to ask myself to be patient after watching this video.”
“She looks like the kind of person who doesn’t easily accept a ‘no.’ Buses stick to their schedules, so arriving early won’t guarantee early entry. If employees neglect rules, consequences follow.”
