Thai travel content creator reviews the KTM Intercity train’s facilities
Shared by the Thai content creator, Natcha NCSon Facebook, the video has garnered over 29,900 reactions as of the time of writing.
In the video, she shared her experience riding the KTM Intercity from Pasir Mas to JB Sentral and showed all the facilities available on the train.
Riding on the train at night, she first showed off the first-class seating coach of the sleeper train, revealing that the price is RM113 or around THB870.
She then hilariously showed how far can the seat recline and the legroom available, which impressed her.
Natcha then showed the regular seating coach which costs RM43 or around THB331.
She again tested how far the seat could recline and the legroom and was impressed by the foldable table at the front of the seat.
Impressed by the facilities available
Next, the Thai travel vlogger showed off the toilets on the KTM Intercity train and hilariously reacted to the button that opened the door to the toilet section before showing off the toilets themselves.
The next coach is the cafe coach which is operational 24 hours with many food options available.
Natcha ended up getting mee goreng for RM8 and a glass of Teh Tarik for RM2.
Natcha added that the mee goreng came with fried egg but it wasn’t in the shot because she already ate it. Hence, she substituted it with a fried egg emoji on screen.
Lastly, she showed off the sleeper coach which she booked for herself. Natcha shared that a sleeping berth costs only RM55 or THB440 and laid on the upper berth that she booked.
She was impressed by the sleeping light by the side before saying goodnight to the audience and going to sleep on the train.

In the comments, many Thai commenters were amused by Natcha NCS’s antics and were equally impressed by the facilities available on the train.
One Thai commenter said that the KTM Intercity train is far better than the ones available in Thailand, while another individual wanted Natcha NCS to compare the quality of Malaysian trains to Thailand’s.
Besides that, another Thai commenter said that the train looked clean and that the food was not that expensive compared to the sleeper trains in the country.
Besides that, one Malaysian said that Natcha NCS should’ve tried the new ETS trains by KTMB as she’d be more impressed by the modern and high-tech facilities on the new trains.
Meanwhile, another Malaysian ironically only found out that our country still has these old sleeper trains from a Thai video and wanted to try riding the KTM Intercity train himself one day.
