And yet another bizarre purchase from Bazaar Ramadhan.

In a viral TikTok video by @ejueju.okodoko, a Malaysian man claimed he broke his tooth after trying to chew on the Popiah he bought from the bazaar. Popiah is typically soft or crispy, depending on the cooking method but this time, it was just too hard to chew and cost the man his tooth.

“How the hell did you do your business? This is my tooth, you know?” he pointed his broken tooth at the camera and slammed it away.

He then tried chewing on another piece of Popiah to show just how tough it is to even bite it off. To make his point, he had to resort to using a pestle and mortar to break the Popiah into smaller pieces so that he could eat the food easily.

“1 of my teeth broke just because of this. Who’s going to compensate for me?”

For 4 pieces of Popiah, the man paid a total of RM8, and unexpectedly, with his broken tooth too. He added,

“If you can’t cook, please stay away from food business.”

In a brief conversation with WORLD OF BUZZ, the man said that he didn’t buy the snack himself.

“Someone else bought it for me. I wasn’t sure about the name of the stall, or the location of the bazaar.”

When asked about his broken tooth, the man told WORLD OF BUZZ “I take my age as a consideration too.”

We don’t think everyone would’ve stayed calm if they broke their teeth because of food that was inappropriately served. You can watch the viral video below.
