A security guard at a condominium in Selangor recently provoked another man, whom he called a “sissy,” to a fight, only to be knocked out seconds later.

22-year-old Tony, a Malaysian mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter and a boxing coach, who pinned down the security guard, has since shared his side of the story. In a conversation with WORLD OF BUZZ, Tony said that it was not the guard’s first episode of violence. The same guard was spotted in a physical dispute with one of the condo residents, which happened about two weeks ago.

During that incident, the security guard allegedly kicked the resident’s father, who was more than 70 years old.

Tony heard about the incident and went down from his unit to see what happened, as well as to record part of the dispute. The security guard then warned him not to circulate the video.

The clip, however, went viral on social media but it was uploaded by another party, and not Tony.

The security guard assumed it was Tony, and last Thursday night (July 10), Tony encountered the guard on his way out and approached the guard after seeing him pointing his finger at him. Tony tried to explain the situation and wanted to communicate with the guard, but to no avail.

“He started taking off his clothes, his watch, and asked me to settle it the gentleman’s way. What you saw in the video was what happened afterwards.”

“A police report about the matter has been lodged and currently, the police are investigating who circulated the matter,” Tony told WORLD OF BUZZ.

According to a Facebook post by someone claiming to be Tony’s brother, the guard allegedly provoked him repeatedly about the video until it turned into a physical fight. He also said that he repeatedly asked the guards to stop the suspect, but “no one seemed to listen.”

Tony added that the security guard is no longer at the condominium.
