Yesterday (20th February), Samsung just revealed its brand new phone models, including three Galaxy S10 models and the first ever Galaxy Fold.

According to BBC News, the Galaxy Fold is expected to go on sale in the next two months and has a multitude of new features for tech geeks to play with. Among them include;

  • A 4.6-inch (11.7cm) display which can be opened up into a 7.3-inch (18.5cm) tablet
  • Up to 3 apps can be run simultaneously
  • 6 cameras with 3 on the back, 2 on the inside, and 1 in the front so it can take photos regardless of how its held
  • A hidden hinge system that can withstand hundreds of thousands of folds and unfolds
  • A battery on each side

Of course, with a revolutionary new phone like this comes a hefty price tag. According to CNET, the Galaxy Fold is expected to go on sale in the United States this April 26th and is estimated to cost about USD$1,980 (approx. RM8,063), while it’s unclear when the phone will be released in other markets. The phone will also have a 4G and 5G edition.

Meanwhile, new Samsung Galaxy S10 models were also introduced along with their corresponding prices, which are as follows;

  • S10e (RM2,699)

 

  • S10 (RM3,299)
  • S10+ (RM3,699 – RM4,599)

Samsung is also offering pre-order bundles, which will be available from 22nd February at 10am to 28th February (or while stocks last). You can check out Samsung’s pre-order packages below;
