PEMERKASA: Govt To Increase Allowance Limit For OKU Workers From RM1,200 To RM1,500

In today’s live broadcast by Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, he announced that the government has agreed to increase the maximum allowance eligibility limit for the allowance of disabled workers from RM1,200 to RM1,500 per month.

“I have been informed that the disabled who are employed are also affected during this difficult period,” he said.

“In this regard, the Government has agreed to increase the maximum allowance eligibility limit for Disabled Workers Allowance from RM1,200 to RM1,500 ringgit per month.”

“For this purpose, a total of 26 million ringgit will be provided which will benefit about 5,000 disabled people.”
