PDRM: M’sian Dies After Suddenly Exiting Moving Car in Nilai Following “Discussion” with His Female Friend

A man in his 20s was pronounced dead after battling for his life in the hospital, after reportedly falling from a moving vehicle in Negeri Sembilan on Monday (2 February).

The shocking incident occurred at approximately 3 PM on Jalan Seremban–Nilai, near Taman Kirby, Batu 9, Labu. The victim’s female friend was reportedly driving the vehicle at the time.

Malaysian man falls from a moving car in Nilai

In a statement, Nilai District Police Chief Superintendent Johari Yahya said police received a report regarding the incident from a local woman at 11:37 AM yesterday (3 February).

He explained that a “discussion” had taken place during the journey before the victim suddenly exited the moving vehicle.

“The woman reported that her friend, a man in his 20s, is believed to have fallen from a moving vehicle on 2 February.

“Preliminary investigations indicate that the incident happened while the victim was in the car being driven by the complainant,” he added.

The victim sustained serious injuries to his head and legs

Johari noted that the fall left the victim unconscious at the scene with severe injuries to his head and legs.

“The victim was rushed to Tuanku Jaafar Hospital, where medical officers pronounced him dead on Tuesday at 12:35 PM.”

The case has been classified as a sudden death, and investigations are ongoing.

“The public is advised not to speculate about the incident. Anyone with information is urged to come forward and assist with the investigation by contacting the nearest police station or the Nilai District Police Headquarters,” he said.
