It’s scary to think about what the youth is exposed to out there. Recently, 2 youth sealed their fate when they were caught having sex in the car at an empty parking space.
The girl, who was wearing the Malaysian Red Crescent Society (PBSM) t-shirt, was seen sitting on her boyfriend’s lap with both their pants off. The girl managed to avoid the camera, thus hiding her face but things were not the same for the man. When asked what they were doing, the man simply said “dia sakit” (she’s in pain).
The person who recorded the incident, however, told the man to get his windows tinted.
The man asked the person to delete the video but little did he know, it would spread like wildfire on social media, with many urging the police to take action as the girl is allegedly underage. And it really did not take long for the police to get their hands on the matter.
The couple arrested
Last night (April 6), PDRM in Johor confirmed that the viral indecent act took place in Taman Kota Masai, Pasir Gudang, Johor. The incident took place on March 29 around 3 pm, but it only went viral in the past 2 days.
In the meantime, PDRM also arrested the couple for the indecent act in public and shed some details about them.
“Both are locals who have no criminal records. The man is 22 years old, while the girl is only 17 years old.”
A red Perodua Axia & a PBSM t-shirt were also confiscated by the police. The case is currently being investigated under Section 377D Penal Code, for which a jail time of 2 years may be possible.
For readers’ information, the age of consent in sexual intercourse is 16 years old, and girls who are under that age are deemed incapable of giving consent. This means girls under 16 who are found having sexual intercourse will be investigated for statutory rape, despite the consent given which is immaterial.

Keep in mind that behaving indecently in public is illegal and the police have the right to arrest you for that. In the meantime, the public is also urged not to make internet memes out of the incident as DAP’s Publicity Secretary, Teo Nii Ching has requested Meta to remove the video, as well as asking MCMC to follow through and take action, as announced on her Facebook post yesterday.
