In this day and age, people are actively choosing to do things online, such as buying their daily necessities or just leaving reviews for their purchases or food that they have eaten.

Recently, a Facebook page posted about how an individual chose to leave their feedback on a piece of paper and directly to the owner. Instead of posting it online like how many of us usually do!

“Those who want to give feedback but are too shy, you can leave a note like this. Hopefully the food will get better,” reads the caption.

Tomyam Note

In the picture, we can see a note under a bowl with red broth. The note written by the customer says that they have been to the restaurant twice already but the taste is still not comparable to the one back in the day.

“It doesn’t taste like tomyam, there’s no sweetness, sourness, spiciness and fatty feeling too, only the taste of dried shrimps. I’m sad.”

Well, that was definitely an honest review and feedback.

Many netizens have shared their experience doing this and said that this is a good way to leave feedback.

“I did this before too,” shared a netizen.

Another netizen said: “It’s good to do it like this too and give it to the restaurant owner personally. Hopefully, the boss can accept it with an open heart as the customer is not angry and trying to embarrass them or the staff.”

On the other hand, one particular netizen said that they have tried to give feedback directly to the restaurant owner.

“I’ve commented directly to the boss about what I felt was lacking and alhamdullilah they took it well and thanked me.”

What about you? How do you leave your reviews and feedback for restaurants? Let us know in the comments.
