Malaysia recently ranked first in the ‘Best Healthcare in the World’ category of the 2019 International Living Annual Global Retirement Index.

But even though we hold the title with world-class healthcare services and infrastructure, just as with anything Malaysian it is not far from much criticism from Malaysians themselves.

Taking to her Instastory, one netizen began voicing out her dissatisfaction at the service she is receiving at a public hospital.

To give a better understanding of what she posted, here are several images of her complaints.

Clearly, one unhappy cookie, her disappointment at the services however received much backlash from netizens for her apparent inability to be patient.

The netizen writes, “If you ever feel the need to be treated like royalty when you are not, please go to a private hospital.”

“They will attend to you, your highness pretty princess with the fullest attention.”

Adding to the tweet, the netizen explains that the numbering system does not actually follow the turn it is supposed to – adding that it is dependent on the room the doctor is treating you.

“The numbering system at the hospital does not follow any specific order because nurses will place your case according to the respective doctor assigned to treat you.

“The doctor will call your number.”

It is common knowledge when at hospitals. Duh.

The tweet which has garnered more than 7.8k retweets and 4k likes, saw a majority commenting that waiting for treatment is common when seeking treatment at hospitals.

One netizen writes, “It is best to come early and bring a book. You can also try eavesdropping to hear the latest gossip and time will fly fast.”

The next time when you are seeking treatment at public hospitals or hospitals in general keep in mind that the medical staff is doing all they can to tend to you as well as others seeking treatment.

Beats Instagramming for no reason right?
