Taking to Twitter, this netizen shared a sad story of one Makcik who took to the airport, selling meals to people who were waiting at the airport, to pay off her medical bills.

In her tweet, this netizen wrote: “While at the airport just now, this Makcik came to me asking if I wanted to buy nasi rendang ayamayam masak merah… At first I was sceptical, but as she walked away, I saw packets of food and called her back to buy her meals.

“I bought two nasi ayam masak merah. Then I asked the Makcik, did you make this all on your own? She said that she made it to cover her cancer treatment.”

“I think her age must be around 60+ but still strong to work.”
