Here is a video of the poor kitties. Viewer discretion is advised.

In a corresponding video, the netizen responsible for the video did further investigation on the home in question.

It turns out that the owner of the kitties were still around, and even responded when they approached the premises.

In her thread she shared: “We could not simply enter the home to save the kitties because the house was rented out to the current tenants.”

“We need to have the owner present first. To me, my main concern at the time were to save the cats. So we made this matter known to the police.”

Garnering more than 600k views, netizens shared their point of view, most of which circles around the need to let the matter known to the authorities.

With location of the incident remains unknown to the public, let’s hope that the authorities will do the necessary and stop these owners for their negligence.
