Fate really has a mysterious way of bringing 2 people together. A Malaysian woman in Tanah Merah, Kelantan recently got married to a man, who is the brother of her late fiancé.
The woman, Malina shared on her TikTok account @malinaaaaa99 about her life partner, Shahron, who is the brother of her late fiancé, Shahrizuan. The lovebirds tied the knot on September 8 this year, and Malina recounted how she ended up with Shahron after the death of her fiancé.
“It’s true. Your love life is truly God’s secret,” Malina said in her caption.
At the time of writing (November 1), Malina’s TikTok clip has gained a massive 4 million views. Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Malina said that Shahron’s face resembled his late brother a lot, and Shahron was the only person in the house who had yet to find himself a partner.
Malina was severely depressed after the death of her fiancé who died by drowning, and it pained her parents-in-law to see her in such a state.
“I was so heartbroken that he left all of a sudden in May this year when we were this close to getting married.”
Her parents-in-law then took the role of Cupid and suggested she get together with Shahron. Malina was shocked to see the uncanny resemblance between Shahron and her late fiancé.
“I’m so thankful to have loving in-laws. I lost a fiancé but they lost a son.”
Malina, who is 24 years old also told WORLD OF BUZZ that it was initially tough for her to accept Shahron. However, it was also tough for her to lose a pair of great in-laws, so she tried and sought advice from the Almighty.
She added that her late fiancé may have foreseen his death because he was worried about getting the right partner for Shahron.
“My late fiancé used to tell me his concerns, and wanted to find someone like me for his brother,” Malina said.
When she was still with Shahrizan, Malina was not that close to Shahron. It was after Shahrizan’s demise that fate brought them together. You can watch the clip below.
