“The shoes were too big for him”

Teacher Farrah shared a touching moment on her TikTok (@cikgu_farrah) after noticing the said student dragging his feet while walking around school.

In her video, she explained that a colleague had previously told her about the student’s situation. When she saw it for herself, she decided to measure the student’s feet and discovered that his shoes didn’t even fit properly.

“I felt so sad while measuring his feet because I found crumpled papers stuffed inside his shoes, which he had used to try and make them fit,” she said.

She decided to buy him a new pair

After carefully measuring the student’s feet, Cikgu Farrah went the extra mile by surprising him with a brand new pair of school shoes that finally fit him comfortably.

In a follow-up video, she presents the new shoes to the student, who eagerly removes his old pair, and helps him put on his fresh, perfectly fitting shoes.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Cikgu Farrah explained how the student’s face lit up when she bought him the new shoes, despite having to exchange them twice due to the wrong size.

“The first pair was too small, and the second was too big. I asked him to give the bigger pair to his sister, and I got him a new one that fit. I believe God sent these children to me as a reminder to stay humble. I’ve helped many other students in different situations because I want all my students to enjoy coming to school.”

This video has garnered 2.8 million views and 139,800 likes as of the time of writing!
