With the floods come all kinds of concerns, from safety and health issues to damages caused to properties and household items.

But, never did flood victims expect to have to worry about unlawful activities too!

Kyra from the Cecinta Perfume Hq Instagram page shared how her car, that was stranded in flood waters, had almost gotten towed away without her knowledge. But, what made the situation worse is that the people behind the tow truck had allegedly removed the number plates from her vehicle as they towed her car.

“They had already taken my car. But, my friends managed to stop them in time.”

“There’s already a flood and the car broke down, with that also people want to cause trouble to others”, she shared via the page’s Instagram Story.

She went on to share how they had apparently removed her number plates from her vehicle.

“They yanked off my number plates because at 3 o’clock earlier I saw the number plates but by night time they had thrown them away.”

Thankfully, she managed to get her car back but she shared the incident as a warning to others as there are so many other cars out there that are still stranded in the floods.

“Thankfully we were in time (to stop the tow truck), if not, I don’t know (what would have happened).”

“Those whose cars are still stranded out there, diligently keep an eye on them,” she added.

It’s understandable to feel desperate during tough times like these, but solutions to challenges thrown by life shouldn’t be at the expense of others who have livelihoods to protect too.

Please do keep an extra eye on your cars and do stay safe out there!
