As a protective man, it’s only natural to protect your family members, especially the women from any harm. How do you contain your anger if you find out another man has been using your partner’s picture for obscene purposes?
Malaysian influencer and businessman, Hafiz Mahamad recently found out that another man has been pleasuring himself with the picture of his wife. The man even posted an image of Hafiz’s wife with his sperm on it.
On his TikTok post @hafizmahamad, he admitted that while he was angered by the incident (who wouldn’t, honestly?), he decided to handle it differently instead of confronting the perpetrator.
Hafiz, who was away from social media for 3 months to rediscover his life directions while being warded said that thanks to the help of his friends, he got the number and the address of the man who used his wife’s picture for immoral purposes. With the information he had on his hand, Hafiz could’ve gone straight to the man’s house or lodged a police report but he eventually decided not to.
“I looked at his age. He’s still young and if I do that, his future is ruined. His family will be embarrassed.”
Not many could’ve resonated with Hafiz’s patience, and despite “sparing” the man’s life, he had something else on his mind when it came to taking action.
“I need 3 things from you”
In his post, Hafiz made it clear what he expected from the man who abused the pictures of his wife, and he wanted the man to do 3 things.
“I want you to come to my office and apologise to my wife, in front of my eyes. I will not record or take any pictures of you, the apology is all what I want to see.”
Next, Hafiz wants the man to extend his apology to someone else.
“I want you to call your mum in front of me and apologise to her. You don’t have to explain what happened. Your mum is a woman, so apologise to her before my eyes.”
If the man managed to go through the first two “challenges”, Hafiz has a “gift” for him.
“I’m going to give you a flight ticket to Mecca, so you can perform Umrah (pilgrimage). Hopefully, your sins can be washed away there.”
Hafiz admitted that he was giving the man another chance because he is still too young, and he was hoping to see the man change.

Not everyone possesses the courage to give the perpetrator a second chance to repent and change. With Hafiz’s promise not to disclose the man’s identity, we do hope the man will man up and admit his mistakes, as well as apologising for them.
