Cheras District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Aidil Bolhassan, said his department received a report of the incident via MERS999 at 10:45 am yesterday (August 24). According to him, initial investigations revealed that at around 3:30 am, the victim had gone to the 20th floor of the apartment to meet his girlfriend.

After failing to contact her, the man attempted to climb to her unit but slipped and fell.
