A man, who is believed to be transgender due to having feminine characteristics, was found dead in a bloodied state after they were allegedly murdered in an alley near Jalan Horley, Ipoh, Perak, on Wednesday (August 27) after they were allegedly chased down and run over by a lorry.
According to a report by Kosmo!, the Ipoh District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Abang Zainal Abidin Abang Ahmad, shared that the victim’s body was found by a hotel worker at about 6 AM, lying down and fully dressed.

“Closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage at 4:24 AM showed the victim being chased by a white bonded lorry before a struggle broke out between the suspect and the victim,”
“The victim, who fell in front of the vehicle, was then run over before being left at the scene,” he explained.
The authorities also could not find any documents at the scene to help identify the victim.
The body has since been sent to the Forensic Department of the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital (HRPB) for an autopsy, and the cause of death was head and chest injuries.
A suspect was arrested

According to a report by BERNAMA, a 32-year-old man, believed to have been involved in the victim’s murder, was arrested at the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) in Kuala Lumpur at 10 PM on the same day.
“The suspect has 3 previous criminal records,” Assistant Commissioner Abang Zainal Abidin Abang Ahmad said.
The arrest also led to the seizure of 2 mobile phones, 2 keys and a white lorry.
The motive of this incident is still under investigation.
