To entice the heart of durian aficionados, durian and milk are blended with ice cubes to produce a thick smoothie packed with the savoury kick of durian. The smoothie is priced at RM12 per cup. That’s actually not too expensive, isn’t it?

Hold your horses if you’re already dashing to your nearest Tealive outlets to get one of this yummy drink, because not all outlets have this dreamy smoothie. In fact, only nine stores in Selangor and KL are selling the Durian King Smoothie.

Here’s the list.

  • Mid Valley Megamall
  • MyTOWN Shopping Centre
  • Nu Sentral
  • Pavilion
  • Pavilion Elite
  • The Gardens Mall
  • Aeon Mall Shah Alam
  • IOI City Mall
  • One Utama

Netizens, especially durian lovers, were already excited with the smoothie. They even jio their friends to try all the latest durian-themed desserts. “Hey, I’ll go get the Durian King Smoothie while you get the D24 ice cream from McDonald’s!” a netizen said.

Some netizens who live quite far away from these shopping malls were sad as they won’t be able to get their hands on the smoothie as conveniently as others. “Why no love for us who stay in other states?” another netizen commented. Maybe next time…

If you’re bored of the traditional bubble tea flavours, why not give this a shot? Be warned though, the Durian King Smoothie will only be around for one month and then they’re going to be off the menu! So hurry up and grab yours today!
