Being silly with your kids seems to be a trait shared by parents all over the world these days.

Watching dads playing with their toddlers isn’t just cute AF, but according to research, it has positive effects on the emotional stability of growing children.

Recently, a video became viral when a dad went above and beyond in Indonesia. He acted as though a monster mattress was devouring him during father-son playtime.

The 46-second video witnessed him scaring the bejeebers out of his son, which made him freak out and cry. But before he knew it, he was laughing when he realised that it was just a trick all along.

Netizens also took part in showing their appreciation for the post, likening the act of being consumed by the matress to that of the story of Batu Belah Batu Bertangkup or The Devouring Rock, a famous movie which came out in the 50s.
