Along with books, they also distribute music, DVDs and games, making it a content consumption hub that marries modern accessibility with traditional pass times.

Visitors tend to spend hours at the shop, not just to look through the variety of products, but also to bask in the ambiance created by the bookstore’s sophisticated, polished interior design paired with large windows for natural lighting.

With all of that to look forward to, Malaysians have no one else to thank but GOB Oriental Berhad, along with Sojitz Corporation and Culture Convenience Club.

With about 1,200 stores in Japan and 9 stores overseas, including in China and Taiwan, Tsutaya’s introduction to Malaysia is something for book lovers alike to look forward to!
