“It’s for sand & dirt!” – Netizens Repulsed by Viral Shell Out-Style Eatery Using Shovels to Serve Food

Just when you think you’ve seen it all, the world surprises you again.

A recent video going around online shows restaurant workers in Indonesia serving “shell out” style food to customers in the most unexpected way.

The food was served using shovels!

The shell out style of eating is pretty common worldwide, but what really caught netizens’ attention this time was how the food was served.

In the video, two workers were seen using a shovel to bring the seafood to the customers’ table, with the food placed right on top of it.

The seafood was served in a shell-out style, where the table was lined with plastic as the base, and the meal included crabs, prawns, squid, corn, veggies, and a sauce of choice.

This video has garnered 1.5m views and 21.6k likes at the time of writing, with most of the commenters being from Malaysia as the video also went viral in our country.
