Controversial entrepreneur, Nur Sajat left Malaysia last year and found happiness in Australia, but she is still being talked about among some Malaysians. Recently, her past before she found fame has been the talk on the internet.
An old music video recently circulated on social media, and it’s not really for nostalgic purposes. Apparently, Nur Sajat was featured as a male lead in the music video for the song “Kekasih Pujaan”, performed by the late veteran singer Datuk Sharifah Aini.
You can refer to a short clip of the song here, which has been reshared on TikTok multiple times, and the full music video here.
In the music video, the male in blue Baju Melayu and Songkok, which is believed to be Sajat can also be seen with the female lead.
“TikTok brought me here”
The YouTube video was uploaded back in 2009 but if you take a close look at the comment sections, Malaysians have expressed their shock upon seeing Sajat in the old music video. Many of them also revealed that the viral TikTok video led them to the full music video on YouTube.
“I’m here for Sajat, but caught up with this song and it’s lovely.”
Another user has confidently said that the male lead is indeed the controversial entrepreneur, while others made it clear that the viral video on TikTok has led them to this video.
“Tiktok brought me here, and I just wanted to see how Sajat looked 13 years ago.”
“Just wanted to see our Brother Jat in Baju Melayu & Songkok.”
In the meantime, Sajat has allegedly landed herself in another legal issue pertaining to unpaid sponsorship for Miss Grand Malaysia amounting to RM111,280.50. The Shah Alam Sessions Court has ruled in favour of Introducing Talent Sdn Bhd.
