In 2023, Malaysian preacher, Ebit Lew, filed a police report against an Indonesian influencer, Mondy Tatto, after she had claimed that he sexually assaulted her. Then, in 2024, her rape case against him was dropped after the police had concluded their investigations into this incident.

Now, it appears that the preacher has also won his suit against the influencer.

Taking to his Facebook page, Ebit Lew shared how Mondy, whose real name is Dita Restu Amanda, will have to pay him RM20,000 in damages for defaming him.

He wrote, “Alhamdulillah, I am grateful to Allah that I won the lawsuit against Mondy, or Dita Restu, and she has been asked to pay me RM20,000, which was decided by the Shah Alam Sections Court.”

He’s not done yet.

He went on to explain that he has another lawsuit waiting in the wings, against a local influencer.

“My lawsuit against Caprice, who broadcasts a podcast, will take place this May 2025, God willing, after I had waited a year,” he added.

This comes after Mondy Tatto had made her claims against Ebit Lew on Caprice’s podcast. The episode has since been removed from all platforms.
