Regardless of the car you’re driving, you’re not allowed to park your car anywhere you please, especially if the place you “ditch” your car can cause trouble to other road users.

A recent post in the Facebook group Mont Kiara Community by Daniel Noor shows an illegally parked McLaren blocking the entrance of a condominium in Mont Kiara, prompting a garbage truck to not be able to enter the area and subsequently causing a delay.

“The dump truck cannot enter to pick up rubbish at 28 Mont Kiara all bcos this McLaren blocked the entrance. Attitude problem,” Daniel said in his caption.

In Daniel’s post, however, it was not mentioned if the owner of the McLaren eventually came to move his car, or how the issue was settled.

“Might as well trash the McLaren!”

The post has caused an uproar among netizens who expressed their dissatisfaction about inconsiderate parking which causes trouble to the public. Some even joked about “scooping” the McLaren straight into the garbage dump or causing “collateral damage” by just going through the luxury car to get into the condominium.

Unfortunately, it’s pretty easy for us to spot inconsiderate drivers who park where they please, regardless of where we are and what car they’re driving. Even if no actions are taken, there is no guarantee that your car won’t suffer any scratches because not everyone has the patience to wait for you.

Drive safe and be considerate.
