A user submitted a post anonymously to a Facebook page regarding her views on people who walk into luxury stores.
In her post, she said:
“If you’d look at the price tags or even flip the price tags, you’re probably poor.”
“I wouldn’t waste my time on customers like that.”
She continued her post by saying, “I’ve been working as a sales associate for 7-8 years and usually, when they look at the price tag, they wouldn’t buy the items.”
“One time, when I was serving a customer, my manager shouted at me through the earphones and told me not to waste so much time on the customer.”
“At the end, the customer touched the items a little and walked out,” she added.
Many netizens are surprised that a sales associate would look down on people just because they look at the price tags and this is what some of them have to say:
“I think she’d only say that because she’s still a sales associate. Those that know better have already become the wife.”
“I would never flip the price tags, because I don’t have money to buy them anyway.”
“What? I don’t think you should form a judgment like that! I love to flip tags! I’d even flip the instruction tags!”
“I won’t waste time on sales associates who’d look down on other people either.”
“I’m broke, so please do not waste your time on me. Let me shop at my own pace.”
Social media users occasionally stumble across different types of ‘confessions’ on Facebook. Some may be serious, amusing, or outright ridiculous. As it’s an anonymous post, we remind everyone to take it with a pinch of salt.
