According to the Ministry of Health, there are 45 new cases in Malaysia today (10 September) as of 12pm, bringing the total number of cases to 9,628 cases. There are currently 333 active cases. Out of the 45 cases reported, 44 cases are local transmissions and 1 case are imported. 40 of the local cases has been reported in the Benteng cluster.
24 cases have been discharged today and the total number of patients discharged since February is 9,167 cases.
There is no addition of death cases today bringing the total number of deaths due to Covid-19 in Malaysia to 128 cases.
These latest numbers should indicate that we need to accept the new normal by maintaining good hygiene and practising physical distancing at all times.
