Man claims husbands shouldn’t pay for wife’s childbirth
However, his controversial take drew even more backlash when he went on to claim that husbands therefore shouldn’t have to foot the hospital bill for their wives’ delivery.
“Giving birth is the wife’s responsibility. Therefore, the husband shouldn’t have to pay for the hospital delivery costs. I said what I said.”

Some argued that the cost of childbirth should not simply be placed on the wife just because she is the one giving birth.
