Dr Akmal explained that Malaysians had previously raised a total of RM40,000, all of which has now been fully accounted for and utilised.

In the video, he showcased the purchase of 200 food packs, highlighting that the generosity of his fellow citizens was being put to meaningful use.

“From the previous balance, there was still SAR2,200 (~RM2,286) left. One food pack costs around SAR12 (~RM13), so I donated all of it to be used as food packs for the congregation. Your balance is fully settled; the full RM40,000 is done.

“I have distributed all your donations as best as I could. If there were any mistakes or shortcomings, I apologise. Thank you, Malaysians. May your contributions be a means for all of us to attain paradise,” he added.
