Guests can expect nothing less than exceptional flavours and the impeccable signature touch of Gordon Ramsay. Designed for sharing, each dish comes complemented by your choice of two of Bar & Grill’s signature sides, ensuring a truly indulgent feast with loved ones.
Among this trailblazing trio of flavours, diners can enjoy the Grilled Organic Spatchcocked Chicken (MYR45.00+ per 100g), a golden-grilled masterpiece infused with Preserved Lemon and served atop a fragrant Wild Rice and Buckwheat Pilaf, creating a medley of decadent flavours.

The season also boasts the Roast Leg of Texel Lamb (MYR82.00+ per 100g), renowned for its exquisite marbling, lean tenderness and rich, mouth-watering taste when perfectly roasted. This outstanding cut is paired with a Mediterranean-inspired ensemble of Saffron Yogurt, Smoked Aubergine and Pomegranate for a vibrant, aromatic experience.

Saving the best for last, the Wagyu Côte De Boeuf (MYR82.00+ per 100g) offers an unparalleled melt-in-your-mouth indulgence. This luxurious cut is served with Beef Dripping Roasted Potatoes, Fresh Watercress, Horseradish and a rich Bone Marrow Jus, culminating in an unforgettable feast for the senses. Lastly, the Pomegranate Spritzer brings vibrant freshness with a crisp mix of Pomegranates, Dates, Apple Juice and Soda.
