In her caption, the netizen wrote,

“You cheated me out of RM43,330. This is the story of how I was lied to by a travel agency that was supposed to give us our flight tickets, itinerary, and other items we paid for — for seven people.”

To support her claim, she shared what happened during her meeting with the business owner.

“Do not trust her. She cheated RM43,330 out of me. She is refusing to pay. She’s the founder of the business,” she explained.

“We bought a package to Switzerland for six days and five nights at RM5,990 per person — a total of RM43,330. She promised to provide the flight tickets, but for months leading up to the trip, she ghosted us.”

With a call for others to help viral the agency, here are some choice comments from netizens who speculated that there may have been red flags before the booking.

“Paying RM5.9k to go to Switzerland is too funny. You can’t even get to Japan with that budget.”

RM5,990 per pax for Switzerland is way too cheap. I went for 9 days, 6 nights from 8/4 to 16/4, and it cost me RM9k per person,” said a user.

Another commented, “Who says you can’t go to Switzerland for RM6k? You arrive in Zurich and fly back the next day.”

Noting that it was a total scam, no further details were provided in the comments section or by the video owner.
