According to the FAQ, there are people who are eligible but have not received the financial aid due to reasons such as:

  • Has no bank account
  • Failed to update bank account details
  • Transfer of funds to banking account failed

For these affected people, you can go to your nearest Bank Simpanan Nasional starting from 15th May and show them your BPN serial number to cash out! However, don’t forget to wear a mask, practise social distancing and bring your hand sanitiser!

If you have no necessary business outside, it’s best to stay at home as it is currently the safest place for us all now!
