Now, SS14 Rukun Tetangga and USJ 13 Rukun Tetangga has come up with a solution that not only helps you recycle your e-waste, but reinvests the money made from selling it into community events and activities!

They have collaborated with Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ), Lions Club Subang Jaya, KitaReward and Sunway Pyramid to organise this massive e-waste recycling movement.

According to SJ Echo’s Facebook page, over five tons of e-waste have been collected and recycled over a period of 2.5 months! That’s super impressive!

Residents from all over, even as far as Kepong and Puchong, have dropped off their old appliances at collection centres located in SS14 and USJ 13.

Best part about all this? When you drop off your e-waste, you will get free vouchers for various Sunway Pyramid food and beverage outletsFree stuff onz mou?

Plus, if your office is in the Subang Jaya area, all you have to do is drop them a message on their Facebook page and they will arrange a time to pick up your e-waste FREE OF CHARGE! The team will collect the items and then sell them off for funds that will be channelled to SS14 and USJ 13 Rukun Tetangga for their community events.
