These days, most of us do our shopping online and have it delivered to our doorstep as it is the most convenient way of getting our essentials. However, most of us can be rather skeptical when purchasing items online, especially when these items are fragile. No one wants a damaged package.

However, this netizen, Zahid (@zahIDGAF) took to his Twitter to share his disappointment when a customer left a bad review after purchasing his homemade chocolate snack.

According to the review left by the customer, the packaging of the snacks was “too secure” which caused the customer to lose his mood’ when he opened the item, leaving the seller a rating of 3 out of 5 stars.

“This Chocorichee is delicious and the chocolate is plentiful but the packaging is too secure that it made me lose my mood when I unwrapped it. It’s really a struggle to unwrap, my mood to eat is gone too, so..sorry,” the review read.

Zahid then took to his Twitter to share the incident with the caption saying “Even with a secure packaging, we only get 3 stars because no more mood to open they said.”

Zahid tweeted later on saying, although the customer had given him 3 stars, his product rate still remains as 5-star, as there are still many understanding customers out there.

He was just a little disappointed with customers who can sometimes take ratings lightly as this may draconianly affect the seller’s overall rating.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Zahid said he would like to give advice to all buyers and customers out there.

“To all buyers, if the item did not meet your expectations, hope you guys can contact the seller first before rating the product. Unless the seller does not reply, then you can proceed to rate,” he said.

“And I hope there’s no such thing as ‘main-main‘ rating cause this can lead to an overall bad rating and view of the seller,” Zahid added.

We hope everyone would take note of this the next time!
