Most of us want to own big cars. The comfort, safety, and the overall great experience would easily convince us to invest in a bigger car. Unfortunately, when your big car breaks down, it would take a huge amount of effort to push it to the side of the road, especially when you are alone!

Knowing this, a car technician on TikTok has decided to share a simple hack for those who will definitely struggle when it comes to pushing the car alone. He started his video by explaining the obvious steps that we have to do first. We need to turn on the hazard lights, turn the gear into Neutral and put the handbrake down.

Then, we need to lower down the window on the driver’s side and this is followed by the most important step; fully extending the seatbelt and closing the door on it to prevent the seatbelt from retracting. This is followed by securing the seatbelt on your shoulder and holding the steering wheel from outside the car.

The seatbelt on the shoulder will add to the leverage and assist in easily moving the car while you manoeuvre it to safety by using the steering wheel. Hopefully, this hack will help you when you are alone and need to move your broken down car to safety easily!
