The driver of a Perodua Viva recently caused a nuisance by parking at the back of a pickup truck. As shown in the video shared on the Facebook group PUCHONG 蒲种人大小事, the black vehicle had a tough time leaving the place with the white Viva parked close behind it.

With the rainy weather adding to the frustration, the driver of the black pickup truck had no choice but to reverse into the white Viva behind him. In doing so, he managed to push the white Viva backwards, giving him more space to manoeuvre his big car out of the tight spot.

According to the caption of the post, the driver had been waiting for more than 30 minutes while honking to get the Viva driver’s attention, but to no avail.

“If you must park behind a car, you should know what to do. I personally witnessed this last night in Puchong. I support what the driver of the black vehicle did,” the anonymous participant of the group remarked.

The frustrated driver managed to leave the scene but at the cost of minor damages inflicted upon the white Viva.

“Driver of the black car, you’re too kind!”

Social media users are mostly on board with the driver’s actions but many considered him “too kind”, and said other drivers would’ve caused more damage to the white Viva.

“The car was just pushed backwards and this is very civil of the other driver.”

“I would’ve pushed the car to the middle of the road.”

“This driver is too kind. If it were other drivers, the white Viva would’ve been more damaged, and the front part of the car would’ve been gone.”

“The driver of the black car is too kind.”

“Such a kind driver, or else the white car would’ve had a lot to pay.”

How would you have handled double parkers? Will you wait until the driver appears?
