This is just so infuriating!

Recently, an Indonesian maid ran to a police station to seek help but instead of getting the assistance she needed, she ended up getting raped by the investigating officer. This shocking incident happened in Johor Bahru on 17 April.

According to Sinchew, the 24-year-old maid, who has been abused by her employer, managed to escape the house in Bukit Indah, Johor . With the help of a friend, she went to the Senai police station to lodge a report.

However, the 30-year-old policeman from Sandakan was reportedly aroused by the maid’s beauty and decided to rape her. To gain her trust, the policeman said that he pitied her and would like to drive her back to the employer’s house to take her passport.

However, he wasn’t a man of his words as he brought the unsuspecting maid to a motel in Senai instead and raped her there. WTF!

The victim then lodged a police report and came clean about everything following the incident. The suspect was soon apprehended for investigation. After taking a look at the CCTV footage at the motel, the police discovered that the suspect did bring the victim into one of the rooms.

This incident pissed off some of the senior officers at the Bukit Aman police headquarters and they’ve since ordered a thorough investigation on the case. The victim was later sent to the hospital for examination.

The case is now being investigated under Section 376 of the Penal Code.

Let’s hope the suspect will be prosecuted and that the case won’t be swept under the rug. The maid deserves justice!
