Currently, the Wuhan Coronavirus has spread to a lot of countries in the world. Although the numbers might still be low in certain countries, the fear towards this outbreak has caused panic among the public. To be associated with the virus means you will be outcasted.

However, for one girl in China, being associated with the virus saved her from being sexually assaulted. As reported by WeChat, the girl from Jingshan City, woke up from her sleep only to find a stranger in her room, who was ready to attack her.

Her first reaction was to scream for help but the stranger managed to cover her nose and mouth while the other hand choked her. He then attempted to sexually assault her. In a bid of desperation, she let out a fake cough! She said,

“I just got back from Wuhan. I already have symptoms of the infection, so isolate myself at home!

The pervert immediately ran off with some of her cash. She made a police report and the culprit later turned himself in, accompanied by his father. Although one might not want to have anything to do with the virus, sometimes in desperate times, you got to do what you got to do and for this girl in China, associating herself with the Coronavirus has saved her!
